Ingredients:

  • 200 g callebaut dark chocolate
  • 100 g cookies of your choice
  • 50 g butter
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 1 PL powdered sugar
  • 1 Art vanilla paste
  • 1 lime
  • berries
  • 12 ks chocolate eggs
  • 1 Art gold dust
  • 6 ks chocolate hare

Approach:

Chocolate shell:

  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Coat the silicone mold with chocolate and then turn it upside down so that the excess chocolate flows out. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Biscuit body:

  • Mix the biscuits finely and add the melted butter. You may need to add more butter. It depends on the cookies you use. The mass must be wet.

Cream:

  • Mix mascarpone, sugar, vanilla paste and whipped cream together. Finally, add lime zest from 1 lime and also lime juice to make the cream pleasantly refreshing.

Golden Chocolate Eggs:

  • Place the chocolate eggs in a bowl. Add gold dust. Cover with cling film and shake to create the effect of golden eggs.

Folding the egg-shaped cheesecake:

  • We add the biscuit body to the cooled form greased with chocolate, which we press a little into the bottom.
  • Then we add part of the mascarpone cream and add the fruit. We also gently push the fruit in and finally spread the remaining cream. Spread the cream evenly and cover with cling film and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
