  • 2 PL chai latte by DAVID RIO
  • 1 Art baking powder
  • 1 Art vanilla paste
  • 1 Art spices for Christmas pastries from JUST SPICES
  • 1 Art Ceylon cinnamon
  • 3 ks green cardamom
  • 3 ks dark cardamom
  • 1 Art ground ginger
  • 250 g butter
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 1 an egg
  • some cloves

Approach:

  • Beat butter with powdered sugar, add chai latte from David Rio and spices for Christmas pastries.
  • Meanwhile, grind cardamom, cloves, add cinnamon and ginger. Add the egg to the butter mixture, then the vanilla paste and the spice mixture.
  • Finally, add sifted flour with baking powder and work it well into the dough.
