Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 500 g flour
  • 225 g milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 g butter
  • 1 Art cinnamon
  • 1 yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch salt

For sprinkling:

  • 150 g ground cinnamon
  • 2 PL sugar

Besides that:

  • 150 g butter

Approach:

  • Mix flour with sugar. Make a hole in the center and add warm milk.
  • Crumble the yeast into the milk and mix a little. Let it rise for 15 min.
  • Then we mix. Add eggs, cinnamon, butter and mix until dough forms, but for at least 10 minutes (I recommend using a food processor). Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • After it has risen, knead the dough on a floured work surface and then roll it out. Cut the dough into strips.
  • Wrap the wooden roller from all sides with aluminum foil. Then spread with melted butter. Wrap the strips of dough on a rolling pin. However, we cover the road. We are careful that the dough does not come off, or we press the ends.
  • Then spread with butter and cover in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake in an oven heated to 180°C for about 12 minutes. If you want after baking, you can brush the dough with butter and roll it again in cinnamon. Bon appetit!
